Please note that while both tags will work with cinema 4D R8.2, R8.2 has no inbuilt VertexMap Shader, and therefore cannot take advantage of the Tension Tags weightmaps for texturing without an additional third party plugin.

C.A.R. Tags plugin contains two much awaited rigging helper tags for Cinema 4D. These are useful for not just Character Animation, but for any rigging situation.
The first component is the Constrainer Tag, a fast and reliable way to blend hundereds of constraints on any number of objects with exceptional ease of use. Tried and tested the constrainer tag simply makes adding simple constraints easier.
With viewport feedback, position, scale, rotation, target, up-vector and dynamic parent constraints the Constrainer Tag is ideal for evertyhing from Character rigs through to Rigging an Engine.
The second part of the C.A.R. Tags plugin is the Tension Tag.

This tag allows you to see where stress and compresssion is occuring in your mesh. By using this in conjunction with Cinema Vertexmap Shaders you can even use it to add in wringles and stretching through textures as in this example movie (click here or on image to download movie).
